I was hoping you were going to do your analysis accompanied by the guitar 😁
Nice to see some interesting games being played in the Petroff this tournament (I'm writing this comment after watching the coverage of the later Erigaisi vs Abdusattorov game). For a while it felt like everyone was playing the Nc3 Nimzowitsch line with white, so it's good to see some variety. Thanks for the coverage Danny!
h5? and h4? It seems Van Foreest may have been caught in two minds.
Is that a Duran mug you are drinking from? Alex and Alexander have been bringing ti for years now !!~!!~!~!! The Duran !!~!!!~!!
Love the Gibson ES! Is it a 335?
Powerplay to 100k!!!
I mean ok he's not in his best form...but the guy is hell of a chess player..most of us can only dream of being that good.
🙂👍🏼
Fabiano lost 0-18 (8 draws) to Magnus. That shows the inmense gap between the Chess Champion and Caruana. That is humiliation !about:invalid#zCSafez
It is nice for a change to see a game where Magnus Carlsen did not win.
Thanks Daniel to explain the game in such a clear way!
That was an odd game. If you're going to surprise your opponent in the opening, aren't you supposed to get an advantage of some type? And if they change plans, which it kind of looks like Fabi did and possibly waste a tempo on a king move, how do you end up in such a mess Jorden? I like him as a player, but sometimes he has these type of games and I wonder if he's up to the task of playing at the top. And then he has tournaments like he did a couple years ago where he wins the whole thing. He's kind of a wild card. But not in the way a player like Rapport is, with Jorden it seems to be inconsistency. Well, I guess he is young. Hope he rebounds and plays better in the remaining rounds. I'd like to believe Fabi has found his form, but I think I'll need to see more than this to convince me.
Lots of players bunched up at the top, should be interesting. Looking forward to the next video. Thanks!
Excellent from Fabi, unafraid creativity by Van Forreest, but just too risky. Thanks Daniel and keep up the good work.
Didnt like how u handle carlsen niemann thing
You could say... Fabi kept calm and Caruana
Thanks Danny very good as always

Nice guitar & library. Do you have collection of old 64 magazines?
Michael Adams played f5 against Hydra in 2005, which Hydra ruthlessly exploited.
